HVAC System Cleaning

Complete Whole-System HVAC Cleaning

Our HVAC system cleaning service is a full, professional cleaning of your entire air distribution system—not just the visible vents. We clean the components that move and circulate air throughout your home to help improve airflow, system efficiency, and indoor air quality.

This service is ideal for homes experiencing dust buildup, musty or lingering odors, allergy concerns, recent renovations, reduced airflow, or concerns related to air quality---especially when there are questions about potential mold, fungal, or bacterial growth within the home or HVAC system.

What’s Included

The service includes:

  • Cleaning of all supply and return ductwork

  • Cleaning of all supply and return grilles/registers

  • Cleaning of supply and return plenums (the main boxes all ducts connect to)

  • Cleaning of the air handler cabinet

  • Detailed cleaning of the blower motor and blower assembly

  • Cleaning of return air pathways

  • Full system cleaning performed under continuous negative air pressure

  • Optional air quality treatments available for growth and odor concerns

We use soft-bristle rotary brushes that are safe for both flex duct and hard duct systems, allowing us to effectively remove dust, debris, and buildup without causing damage.

What to Expect During the Service

  • Typical service time: 2–4 hours per system

  • Minimal disruption to your home

  • No mess left behind

  • Before-and-after transparency when applicable

  • Clear communication throughout the job

  • Our goal is to leave your system visibly cleaner, breathing better, and operating more efficiently.

How the Process Works

  1. A powerful industrial vacuum places your HVAC system under negative air pressure, pulling air and debris safely out of the system

  2. Each vent, grille, and duct run is individually addressed to dislodge buildup

  3. All loosened contaminants are captured by the vacuum—not released into your home

  4. The air handler and blower components are carefully cleaned to restore proper airflow

This process ensures contaminants are removed at the source, not redistributed throughout the home.
